This policy explains how Grow Media Limited, a company registered in New Zealand (“we”, “us”), handles information on the growmedia.co.nz website. It is written under New Zealand’s Privacy Act 2020. Our apps have their own privacy policies and terms of service, which also apply to their websites:

2. What we collect

The website has no accounts, forms or ads. It may set cookies that are needed to run and protect the website, for example cookies that Cloudflare, which hosts it, uses to detect malicious traffic. Cloudflare processes your IP address and basic details of each request, such as the page and your browser, to deliver the pages and protect the site, and may record statistics about visits, such as page views and loading times, through its analytics.

If you email us, we receive your email address and your message, and use them only to reply. We keep emails for up to 24 months.

4. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete information we hold about you by emailing contact@growmedia.co.nz. If you aren’t happy with how we handle your information, you can complain to New Zealand’s Office of the Privacy Commissioner (privacy.org.nz), or to the data protection authority where you live. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, we rely on our legitimate interests in running the website and answering your emails.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date at the top.
